My best strategy is going to the power handle, open the door behind it and then go and camp up the stairs (with multiple people). You can go get the perks and go to the Pack-A-Punch machine (with the teleport nearby).

30 with 3 ppl i ran out of ammo so i started running round the teleporters and teleported to get max ammo but failed. The girl said uh - oh every time!!! and dogs came so we kept doing that till we all failed and died. + I got to lv 21 with 2 people Happy
