Is this maybe the games way of trying to keep it fair for us by making sure you at least have enough points to grab a quivck weapon when you come back?

I was thinking the same thing after I found out other people had gotten the points too

I have noticed this and think its great as in previous zombies maps it was sometimes better to leave the game than attempt to get enough points for a decent weapon using a pistol in later rounds. In round 1 its pretty easy to get 1500 points using a knife, fixing boards etc, however it may be handy to let other people pick up all the points in round 1, die and get 1500 yourself? But like I say these rounds are so easy its probably not worth worrying about.

I think it only starts happening after certain rounds though.

I first noticed it at Round 16.

yeh this is true you do it just helps you get a gun although it dosent always happen

someone should try it out.
on round 1, 1 person knifes the zombies and the other 3 kill themselves so next round everyone has 1500+ for only round 1 which sounds good.
