I don't know why people relate decrypting to translating. It isn't in another language, it is just encrypted HEX code. If you could decrypt, as in find the reverse formula for it, you would get normal readable ASCII, and be able to edit it. That is the easy part, however. Encrypting it again so the PS3 can read it is extremely hard.

If you seriously think you can just translate copied text from an encrypted file, Im sorry to say that your a dumbass and should learn a thing or two about how files and programs are coded.
