Again, why do people think the files are in another language? THEY ARE ENCRYPED. THEY ARE ENGLISH! The only reason you can't read it is:
A) You are trying to use notepad to read the file.
-OR-
B) You coped it from a HEX Editor and don't know what the word "Encrypted" means.

Solution: Stop trying to help if you don't know what your doing.
