There is no BLUE tape it is Clear tape then i open it up some more to find that one of the wires is not in its plastic casing well I hook it up and stand it up and start to play next thing you know I see WHITE looking POWDER near the intake fans I was like WTF so then I try to get it off and IT WILL NOT COME OFF. What do you think I should do call best buy and rise the fear of GOD into them or take it back and hit every one of them ASSHOLES in the face with the PS4 Plus the checkout Lady was a BIG ASSHOLE she was so mean to me...

yes big balls when they dont even have the blue tape and ont of the cords not in a bag.. and i dont know but it does make this LOUD sound if i am play a disc game for 10 to 20 mins
