I don't know then, but if you can't create another account then it's console ban. How do they know? Then don't need to know... Each console has a CID(IDPS), once it's banned it's gone.

Did you do the PS Plus glitch ? where you create a new console account and get another 14 days free trial ? Because so far this is the reason of the most bans on PS4 .

What you did with your friend's gmail has NOTHING to do with Sony , and is not a reason to get you console banned , it's your friend's fault because he shared his account .

Im banned as well lol i got banned on the 26th ring sony up or go into live chat and they will tell you how long lucky for me it was only a 1 month ban xD
