Even then, Lets lower it to 100.. 100/8, I should be maxing out atleast at 12.5mbs anyone else have this issue too?*

If it's NAT Type 2 that means your LAN Cable is connected to the second port on your router. Mine says NAT Type 2 since my brother has wired connection on the first port, and when I got my LAN Cable a few weeks ago I plugged it in the second port.

EDIT: If your connection is slow, try calling your ISP,a dnt ell them they need to fix the solution, because your paying them for speed internet. They coudl charge you money back or reset their services to see if it goes faster for you.
