so i got my new computer for xmas its a gaming computer and i havnt realy played any games on it as of yet so yesterday i went out and bought l4d2 i can be playing for anywhere between 2 mins to 45mins then the screen goes black and message will appear on my monitor saying there is no input signal the lights on the computer are still on and the sound is crashed it has happend multiple times and i have tryed with multiple games i have tryed diffrent game setings and nothing im loving l4d2 and realy wanto to play so hopefully some fellow pc gamers can give me a hand ?

Have you tried installing the latest nvidia driver for your GT 220?

And have you tried reinstalling the game?

yeah iv tired both and still no luck ?or atleast i think its the latest driver thanks for the ideas Smile realy apreciate any help

Right click your desktop and got to Nvidia Control Panel and click system information in the bottom left and post what driver version it says, just to make sure.

You are up to date on the drivers but, Maybe it could be that not enough power is getting too it?? What size power supply do you have?

im sure theres enough power and its nothing do withthe the leads if only there was some way to record my screen when it crahses ???

It could be a faulty card itself Without a screen cap or video of the problem or even a blue screen of death it is hard to tell what the problem is

Here, download this: You must login or register to view this content. Either take a screenshot or tell me what all your temperatures are running at. I think i had the same problem with my old computer, with the screen going black and it was a temperature issue.
