That is what I keep thinking but after two minutes?? That is some serious cooling issues then... Try this also, Turn sli off if you have it and put the settings on medium or low....

Well my old problem was, just like james123, i would play a game. Lets take COD4 for example. I would start up fine, but then the graphics card temperature soared over 210*F, yes fahrenheit. So hot, it would shut my screen down. I had a 600 Watt power supply and when the new graphics card was installed (NVIDIA GeForce 9400), my cooling system wouldnt work at all. So i say lets find out what your temps are first james..

91*C is pretty hot, very higher than average. You might want to look into a cooling system, or see a computer technician. +rep if anything helped at all Winky Winky

Dude that is really hot.. how many fans are you running? but As I stated for it to run that hot there must be a malfunction with the cards heatsink or fan.... Do reply and tell us the outcome!

If it is a temperature issue id suggest downloading a utility called speedfan. You can change the voltages and at what temperatures your fans turn on at so try that out and see if that solves the problem but if it doesnt you might want to get a new cooling system. Personally when i got my computer i added another fan from an old computer just to make sure it stays cool because of high temps i lost my laptop the motherboard on my old dell laptop actually fried like smoking fried LOL.
