(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Recently I've been getting into PC games, I've been playing games on my mac which is pretty powerful since it's the newest one. I have no trouble running games for mac, but when I installed parallels to play PC games, I wasn't able to. So I've been thinking about buying a gaming PC and use my mac for editing, browsing, etc. The thing is I don't know anything about PC's or computers so I have no clue where to start. Some people say is cheaper to build the computer and others say it's just easier to buy a gaming PC.

What do you guys think is cheaper or is it worth buying a gaming PC like an alienware. If I want to build it what would I need to buy? And where's the best place to buy all the stuff?

You must login or register to view this content.

You can make a PC with those specs for $600 or less.

And before you buy a PC try using boot camp.

ohh lol :p and I'm going to try but I hate restarting my computer :FU:

You pay 300$ just for the name 'Alienware' and the LED, If you have alot of money and want to spend it do it,
But Building your own is much more fun.

Not worth buying one. You'll get ripped off. Build one for cheap.

Yeah Buddy!
I have a thread about my first build ever, it runs just about all games (except crysis) at around 50fps+ while recording, maybe you should check that out, everything works and is compatable i also recommend forums theres a good one ending in .net i think you should try the people there are extra helpful Smile
