Please, don't flame me, I am completely clueless, as this is my first time building a computer.

AM I MISSING ANYTHING? WHICH GRAPHICS CARD, Motherboard AND CASE DO YOU RECOMMEND?

Thank you for the help.

But most importantly, is the build compatible? Will it work or not? Will I have trouble with the parts I am buying? I tried to pick the best parts, and was surprised at how the total was around $400 less than what I expected to spend.

that build will run any game on max settings Smile

hope this helps Smile

as for i5 vs i7, the i7 is far better if you intend to do heavy multitaking, ie game recording software and music.

however if you dont want to shell out the extra money for better mukltitaking, then by all means save some money and buy the i5 Smile

Wow, thanks. I'll take a look at your build. I'm really going to be using this for recording/video editing and I will be using Multitasking and gaming. I think I would stick to the i7.

Thanks again
