So lets say this section was to ask help about the best way to bake cakes, and then someone posts asking for help with directions to a bakery...that is offtopic, just because bakeries bake cakes, doesn't mean it belongs in a section dedicated to questions with baking the best possible cake. But whatever, I guess moderate your forum however you please aye...traffic is traffic

This section isn't just how to code lol, it's anything related to programming and a question. Your example is completely irrelevant. My point was... if you do not have anything helpful to say, don't say it.
