I really hate the tutorials because all it does in invoke children on here to want to access this shit, it makes them think they are l33t haxors when they are not. All they are doing is loading up webpages which will most likely cause them to download a virus in the background using a backdoor.

Just out of curiosity,
Is it illegal to enter the "black market" since the disclamer says:
"I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT YOU DISCOVER/SEE/GET INTO"

So is it illegal? :carling:

Actually the content of the web for what is determined legal and illegal is based upon the country you live in and their laws. ThePirateBay, which is located in Sweeden, has no laws against piracy. Because of that, they can't be sued because the laws of another country can't hurt them.

Because of laws, if you are in the US and go into the deep web and view child porn, you are breaking the law. If you are in a country that has no laws against that, then you are not breaking the law and it is legal. It's all about the land of the law in which you live in.

The deep web is legal and highly illegal depending upon where you live and the laws.

Most the kids coming here live in countries that has laws against quite a bit of material in the deep web, thus they are breaking the law. If I were you, I'd remove "child porn" from your thread so it doesn't give viewers the idea to go ahead and search.

Death is hereditary
This wasn't the best thing to put upon NGU. Kids really don't want to mess about on here and also I'm sure they don't want fucking kids all logging on to the site since it can create a lot of traffic and also it's Illegal to just access the site. Also there is people who sell drugs and guns on there and I wouldn't like kids to be on it. The way I see it if you haven't found out about it before this thread there's a reason for it and you should stay off it.

That's my opinion if you kids want to ignore that then have fun in jail.
