I'd be careful using The Onion Router (TOR.), as it is ridiculously vulnerable, you can't get in trouble for downloading content so go at it. Vital experiences just make life a little bit more funner. If you're a tech-guru who has some black-hat activities up his/her sleeve, I'd be careful as Federal agents own a great deal of exit nodes for The Onion Router (TOR.) making snooping, relatively easy. If you want to stay on the safe side, learn how TOR works. Don't send your credit card info or any other private info over TOR unless it is a pre-paid debit card because the exit node can see right through it.
