I don't agree with that. If someone is tarnishing your integrity, or ruining your name you should do something about it.
That teacher made it his business when she released her opinion to the public. Many people would consider this a crime even though the teacher avoided using names, because obviously she released enough details for people to be able to recognize who she was talking about.
At the same time no one gets called a "Pain in the ass" for no reason. Saybe10 might have deserved it.
Saybe10 if you want anyone to help you out, you need to convince us and make it as easy as possible by giving as many details as possible.

I was amazed to find that not only did she use names such as "Pita", but she also called her students names like sarcasmo and romeo.

Then during the debate portion, I was reading statements, and they had to go sit under the sign that most described their opinion (Strongly agree/disagree, agree/disagree, or neutral). My biggest trouble maker, we'll dub him Pita (pain-in-the-ass), just seemed to wander with his friends and chat. So I called him out. Asked why he felt that way. Shockingly, he asked me to repeat the statement, and his thought was 'yeah, because'. It wasn't a great class,

To add to my good day, Pita had a great day! He was well behaved and I told him I was so impressed, and lets keep it up. I also sent an email to his mom saying he worked hard and was respectful in class. His mom sent a thankful email back. My last class includes Romeo, as well as Sarcasmo. Sarcasmo is a hilarious student, but he's a little hyperactive, so I am constantly telling him to sit down. Today it became a bit of a joke with the whole class because he was never in one spot for more then 5 minutes! Tomorrow we're trying to see if he can make it so that I only have to say his name 5 times or less. Slow progress, but I'll take it. Romeo was still at his finest: "Miss I love you, miss marry me" "GO SIT DOWN" "WHY ARE YOU STANDING IN MY SPACE?!".
These disrespectful and childish names should not be tolerated. No matter what the student has done. I will update this as I find more. But I am pretty sure you have all the proof you need.
