** Use this at your own risk**

1. You must be using FireFox
2. Once your on FireFox, download an addon for Firefox called tamper data. (You must login or register to view this content.)
3. Install it and restart Firefox
4. Go to a website that uses Paypal and the "pay now" thing.
5. Click the pay now thing. It should bring up paypal. Sign in and when it says confirm payment, open up tamper data and change the amount from whatever it is to 0.01 cents.
6. Some sites this is blocked.

this is so old people have been doing this for 5+ years

very very old but alot of the time the websites just refunds the 1 cent and doesnt give the goods
