1. Download windows or get a factory image disk from your laptop manufacturer.
2. Boot the disc.
3. Format drive
4. Reinstall windows.

If you boot it into BIOS you can do a format from there I believe. Then go about re installing everything.

Yup. re installing windows. unless your on Windows 8 then u just Factory reset within the Start menu
