(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok, so i got my cousin living with me, i gave him the pass code so he could use my internet, but as weeks go by, i realise that he was downloading big files, like atleast 1GB a day, and i'm always getting capped halfway through the month, is there any possibly way i can disconnect my cousin internet connection, and then change my internet password, and then re-connect my computer, laptop and ps3, connect them to the internet again?? without my cousin knowing that i disconnected him, so like, from my computer or route?? cause i wanna disconnect him, so he would stop using my internet, and besides, his living with my family and yet his doing nothing to help, ever since he got our internet password, he just kept on playing his laptop all day, my dad ask him to come out and eat dinner, he declines and later, at night he goes and microwave his cheesebacon,

You gotta bring your own sledgehammer though, having one of those sledgehammer would look too obvious in my house, my dad will go, WTF is this doing here, and for some reason, my speaker/stereo is making some weird sounds, any reason for that??

Check the connections in the back or you could have blown it or they are old and it is time for a new pair!

Ok so from what i understand you want to block your cousins connection. You can just change the password for the connection. You can block his mac address. You can just block the websites where he is getting the big files. First off you need to find the local ip of the modem/router. Easiest way go to start type cmd and hit enter. Then use the command ipconfig. Look for default gateway that ip is the ip of the modem/router. Next step open up your internet browser whichever it may be and type that ip into your address bar. Login to you modem/router if you are using a wireless modem provided by your isp you may have to call to get the password but if you are using a modem that you setup yourself you should know the password. Look through your tabs for the firewall/security settings and there should be sub sections where you can block the mac, site, or change the security key used to connect to your network. If i were you i would block the site at first and tell him that if hes downloads large files like that again you are going to shut it off permanently and if he does then just block his mac address. If you dont know his mac you can look through the modem/router settings for a connected devices list and it will tell you his local ip and his mac. Of course your computer will be in there but if you still have the command prompt open you should see your mac. Hope this helps. Happy
