on youtube you cant put gif files

I know that before you used to be able to do it, now you cant. Unless you already had GIF as your avatar before the rule changed and you didnt change your avatar :p
SO it seem like you are out of luck

There is no possible way. JPG does NOT support animation. All that is, is a bunch of JPG's, and some java script knowledge to play individual JPG's to create an animation like GIF.
