yes just copy all the files that would go on the cd onto your usb

I did what you said, but when i put it first it said " Missing operation system" what files do i put on my flash drive. I put the files that would usually go in the DVD.

I recommend you go for Ubuntu. I know you are looking to install Windows however Ubuntu has no hassle.
