Sophos is a good antivirus. Angry birds is good if u have spare time. CleanMyMac is paid for but is worth the money

You dont need anti virus on a mac tbh.. PC viruses doesnt work on mac..

first of congrats on getting a macbook i got mine a couple of weeks ago,
my favourite apps in no order
1. firefox (browser)
2. steam (games)
3. app zapper (to delete apps)
4. asphalt 6 (racing game)
5. xcode ( to make stuff )
6. iquint (to convert files)
7. the unarchiever (for .rars etc)

Download MPlayerX from the app store.. its free nd can play almost any type of video file..

yer Mac's are awesome wish i made the switch sooner , they are some good apps, i just found one called monster ate my homework its a pretty cool time waster

If you want windows on your mac get Parallels Desktop It really makes it easier for installing things for windows
