try what diji said , this is just a for sure way of keeping all your stuff and making sure there is no bugs , you will have to re-install drivers i think using this method but sorry I don't know anything easier , except doing an avast boot scan but problem is you can't even enter into safe mode and if I was in your place I would just transfer all my files and reboot

If that does'nt solve it, Contact the computer manufacturers, they should replace it for you, as its a computer fault,

I tried that and I got an error so I can't even fix it with it. Not sure what I am gonna do, may take it in to BestBuy tonight or tomorrow and see if they can do anything?

go into safe mode, and enable administrator account, then find a fix or your issue, or restore.
