So I restarted it and it installed something and then it took me to the login screen. Well now when I click my account to login and type my pass in it says "Welcome" and acts like it is loading but just sits there and I can't get in!?!?!? I am in need of desperate help

Just restore from a backup. It should show what you installed thus you'll be able to restore, not to factory settings but previous settings.

Ever think that the HDD could be dying/dead? These symptoms your listing sound like your HDD could be on it's last few spins. Download a HDD Testing thing from your Computer Venders site, test the HDD. If worst comes to worst, it's your HDD.

I'm not able to restore it back and can't login. Also it isn't an HDD problem. My laptop got shut off during an update so it has to do with that.

No, when I chatted with them I was gonna have to pay like $199.99 and that was for 3 computers so I was like nope.
