You will need a higher PSU unless you wan't to have a bad life of the entire system.
And that RAM looks like it's from 1992. I wouldn't recommend that at all. Sure it works but the lifespan of RAM sticks like that without a proper heat spreader isn't the best.
The 2500k comes with a fan, it can support an OC to 4Ghz no problem, there is no need for an aftermarket AIR cooler, if you want higher, go liquid.
My bad, didn't see the -M, but better yet,

That PSU is fine, nothing wrong with it. I myself have it and know lots of people on a PC Building forum I am on that uses it.
Who cares what the RAM looks like, that RAM is the same as the "cool" looking RAM except it doesn't have those massive heatsinks that isn't needed and often gets in the way. The heatsinks do very little. If you really care so much for the heatsinks, spend an extra 5£ and get them.
The stock fan is quite loud, and that one is very quiet and can support overclocking to 4.5+ easily.
My main point was that he could easily get all the stuff I said he could on that budget, I spent 10mins max listing that up and didn't spend much time sifting through each search result to fine the exact one I was looking for.
The parts aren't of low quality. The case is the only thing that isn't the best of quality, but the components are far more important. That case is a brilliant budget case, I know people with it and they love it, read reviews on it, reviewers love it too

Your probably thinking the RAM is of low quality because it doesn't have those "cool" heatsinks. Would you prefer if I said

Nothing in the build is of "low quality" they're just less known brands.
