But @OP, you should pirate Windows. Its not worth paying for.
@ZoneHD, Why would you get a small HDD instead of an SSD for the OS drive?
edit: forgot to add that the 7850 is coming out this month (I think, pretty sure about that) but if the OP added roughly 50£ onto his budget he could get a 7950.

Thanks man, I'm thinking of buying these parts at the moment, how well do you think this will run Minecraft, CoD4 and RuneScape?

Perfectly.
Its a very similar build to mine except the GPU is slightly better.
Mine runs everything at 60FPS on high settings except BF3 which it runs around 45-50 on Ultra.
FYI, that site lowered their shipping prices by almost half for Ireland and the UK last week, so now is an even better time to order from that site
If you care about looks you can change the case and the DVD Drive if you want, and although the RAM is fine, some people don't like the look of RAM without heatspreaders.
Just in case you didn't see the post above, I added the wrong MoBo to that build.
Use the non-micro version from above
