Amd got a higher speed, more cores and are better on the market then Intel.

I will for sure look into a new graphics card put since the motherboard comes with I might just get a really nice later on down the road.

Didn't fully understand that but it sounded like you thought the motherboard comes with integrated graphics.
It doesn't, the CPU does.

If you plan on relying on integrated graphics for a while, have a look at the i5 3570k, only 25$ more than the i5 2500k but the integrated graphics is 50% better.

Here's the motherboard I'm thinking bout buying You must login or register to view this content. and it says crossfire ready so idk if I have to bridge the integrated graphics card with a third party one.

Crossfire means that you can connect two AMD cards on the board.. the on-board graphics are on the CPU themselves.
And yes, It's smart to get Ivy Bridge with the HD4000 and game on that until you save up for a decent GFX Card.
The difference between the HD3000 and HD4000 is really big, as you can actually play games on the HD4000.
It can even play Skyrim on Low with playable framerates (20-30ish). I think that might be as good as that GT520 you were thinking about haha.

Don't go with the 2500k in this case, go with Ivy Bridge as the Irish man said above.
Intel Core i5 3570k is the best buy you can make.

edit; here's a video

Battlefield 3 plays on 15 FPS haha.

Crossfire ready just means that you can have two graphics card running together.
You do not need it for integrated graphics, just having a CPU gives you integrated graphics.

You can not bridge the integrated graphics with a "third party" graphics card, once you install a "third party" graphics card it will cancel out the intergrated graphics. This doesn't matter as any graphics card worth buying is a lot better than integrated graphics, but if you are planning on relying on the integrated graphics for a while, the go with the Ivy Bridge CPU. Winky Winky

Yup, that's the CPU you need.
And about the GFX card, could you tell me abit more about what games you wanna play, at what settings and what resolution? Smile

The best card you could get at around $200 (I'm not sure about the US prices though) is the HD 7850 OC.
The OC (Overclocked) version is almost the same price as the regular one, gives better performance and you would be able to play BF3 at Ultra at around 30 FPS, as you can see in the benchmark below the 'normal' card plays it at 27-30. The OC version would have 3-5 FPS more.

I've looked on the site you use, the OC version is $270 but I would say it's worth it to save up for.
That if, you want to play games like BF3 on Ultra at playable framerates (above 30).
