4GB Ram
What PSU would i need?

thats a good 1 if u didn't buy already get a 6870 and a FX 4170, the phenom 2 is getting old i just replaced mine with a i7 3820

thats not much of a upgrade get a FX 4170 or FX 6200

With your current config, the 600w will do just fine, you don't really need the 680w.
