I was wondering if this would run BF3 on ultra or on its max settings w/out a major decrease in FPS:

Well with that setup I would think so. Don't take my word for it as I don't know nearly as much as some people on this site but I would imagine that would run bf3 on ultra. I don't know how many fps you are going to get.

Thats true but I maybe doing a lot of video editing and uploading. so I may need it.

Actually that system is overkill for the game, unless you have some odd bottleneck in it somewhere.
You should be just fine.

Haha I thought of that and it actually only cost $1500 lol. I guess im pretty much set for future games that will need some good specs.
