Nothing directly that I know of as a Mac user, but you can contact ENZO-F for better results. :p

If you have the Mac OSX 10.4 installation disk, you can choose to erase and reinstall the OS. (Complete tutorial here: You must login or register to view this content.) More detailed info: (You must login or register to view this content.)

If you don't have the disk you can search around the internet for the Mac OSX 10.4 Installation Disk and I'm pretty sure you can find it.

I'm not sure which specific year your iBook was made but I am pretty sure that some of them can be upgraded to the newer version of OSX, 10.5 Leopard, which includes over 300 improvements from Tiger. Your computer might have this version installed; if so, you will need the 10.5 installation disk to do the same thing.

Look from what I remember with Tiger, theres no way to restore you Mac to factory settings without a Tiger install disc. I found a download for it! All you have to do is burn it to a disc using Disk Utility, whip your hard drive with Disc Utility, boot to the disc and reinstall Tiger. But if you don't want to do that I have a recommendation, Create a new Admin username and delete your current one. Some applications install for all users, so all you have too do is just delete those by dragging them to the Trash. Bam Fully restarted. Try that if you want and let me know. But make sure you back-up the files you want!

You can download Tiger using this torrent, Us FrostWire to download from the torrent :
