Look from what I remember with Tiger, theres no way to restore you Mac to factory settings without a Tiger install disc. I found a download for it! All you have to do is burn it to a disc using Disk Utility, whip your hard drive with Disc Utility, boot to the disc and reinstall Tiger. But if you don't want to do that I have a recommendation, Create a new Admin username and delete your current one. Some applications install for all users, so all you have too do is just delete those by dragging them to the Trash. Bam Fully restarted. Try that if you want and let me know. But make sure you back-up the files you want!

You can download Tiger using this torrent, Us FrostWire to download from the torrent :

You should be able to burn the disk using Disk Utility. I normally choose the slowest burn speed available. (You must login or register to view this content.)

You can technically mount the .dmg by double clicking it. However, the issue is to do the erase and reinstall, it needs to boot off of a disk because the .dmg file would be deleted when the hard drive is erased. So you will need a disk.

The programs you are trying to download may have requirements that your computer does not meet.

Yes or try both. I not sure what to do form here. This is actually an experiment (won't harm your computer though). But I'm pretty sure It'll work.
