As a few people above said just format the pc and re-install your OS that way you can guarantee that whatever was causing the problem is now gone and for antivirus use MSE + Malawarebytes + Common Sense 2012 you really can't go wrong.

Try to bood in safemode and run a scan from here. This should do the trick

Well you probably already solved the problem but if not then i highly suggest you boot in safe mode then restore from a later time. your computer automatically backs it self up when it gets important updates. what you can do is restore it to how it was before it got the virus ( i would choose the latest option )
Start in safe mode --> start button (in the search box type in restore) --> hit restore to an earlier time. there should be multiple time periods you can restore to or from. for instance every time windows gets a critical update it will back up your system, simply click the soonest one and restore. Don't worry about your files and docs this has nothing to do with them and they will be exactly how they are.

Do a full scan. Hopefully fixes problem.
If not boot up your pc in safe mode and restore pc.
