Hes still probably a little closer to the modem, but not by that much. Anyways, my computer doesn't seem to work no matter what I do. I uninstalled pretty much every program I have (skype,teamviewer,etc). I was wondering if any of you guys could help me. I recently upgrading my ram and it doesn't seem to make that much of a difference. I just really want to play this game without any lag or lag spikes. And watch youtube videos without lagging either. Also, I have even have a bit more ram then he does. We both have a zyxel wireless thing you plug in your computer for the connection. My connection is 4 bars. And we both have the same speedtest results (Mine are actually a bit better)

Here is the list of all my programs (Someone on here recently told me to install DiskMak, but it seemed to make it worst after I ran a scan) Is there any programs I can uninstall or is there programs I need?

Are you sure about this? Is it faster to plug it in next to the arrow or the back somewhere?

Yes just plug into a port on the back and try it mine is faster on the back ports than the front.

Seems to make it slower... My browsers don't load any websites. Just circles around for 2 hours.

Right you have been having this trouble for ages now all i would do now is a major clean up.

MAKE SURE YOU BACK UP ANYTHING YOU WANT FROM YOU PC

1) Download your os (vista) and burn to a disc or make a bootable usb.

2) Completely wipe you HDD with Darik's Boot And Nuke this will erase everything on you HDD so we know there will be no viruses or maleware. Heres how to do it from a usb (You must login or register to view this content.).

3) Install your os (vista) from a usb or disc using your product code on side of your pc.

4) Hard reset your router (hold in little button for 20 seconds with pen or pin.

5) Just run your wireless adaptor and see how your game is if you still have trouble then its your internet or hardware in pc.

Probably not going to risk doing that but I might try plugging it in a different port.
