For those that they dont know how to install add-ons, here is the answer.
1. Click on the url that you like the most, from these below, then click on 'add to firefox ' button.
2. a window will popup, wait 3 seconds and press install now, the add-on is being downloaded
3. when ready, press restart firefox or restart firefox manually
4. enjoy your add-on

Seems Cavesitter and I have almost the exact same add-ons

I use...

Adblock Plus - Blocks all of those annoying ads
DownloadHelper - Let's me download videos/music right off of the webpage
Download Statusbar - Instead of that window popping up with downloads, it places a small toolbar along the bottom of your browser window and shows the active downloads there.
Lazarus - If I close a tab on accident before I get done filling out a text box, it'll place the lost text right in the box so I don't have to type it all out again.

Ad Block plus ftw. Plus there is another component to it that hides ads in text too.

Speed(fast) dial, NGU Tool bar, and many others. Love Firefox Plugins.
