For those that they dont know how to install add-ons, here is the answer.
1. Click on the url that you like the most, from these below, then click on 'add to firefox ' button.
2. a window will popup, wait 3 seconds and press install now, the add-on is being downloaded
3. when ready, press restart firefox or restart firefox manually
4. enjoy your add-on

I use "Linkification", been using it for a few years now.

Description:
Automatically converts text to links. Many sites refuse to convert them due to privacy reasons (clicking a link will alert the destination site of the source site's presence via the referrer header), and others just haven't gotten around to it yet.

Links created by Linkification will not send the referrer header.
