Windows 7 and Arch, 7 is probably going to be the last decent MS OS before they integrate too much cloud bullshit and Arch is up-to-date, light weigh and you only install what you want to make it do what you want and nothing more contrary to popular belief it doesn't break that often and so many other linux distros come with a shitty bundled DE that you don't even want.

Personally I prefer Windows 7/8 since it has the least amount of errors. When it comes to GUI and speed, I would go with Ubuntu. Plus i just love messing around in Linux terminals Smile

I have to admit, OS X is more advanced. But im a gamer, and for general purposes I have to say Windows. I also like going on my linux HDD from time to time.

I agree with the Windows 7 part, but for Linux, I prefer Linux Mint. It feels a lot like Windows XP with all the structure of a Linux OS. Mac OS X is ok, if you like exclusive apps like Time Machine and VMWare Fusion. For the most part though, since most Linux distros are Unix-based, there's no advantage to using Mac OS over them.
