And i can't acces it because it gives an error 0800019 or something like that

I'm on Rebug 4.46.1 Rex in DEX mode (and CEX mode time to time) and can access the store. You need to fix the 80010009 error just like every other time you get it on Rebug. For the store the easiest way is to use PSN Patch and run the L2 option to fix for 4.46. Other 80010009 errors can be fixed in mM but the store requires PSN Patch.

Thx got it working, now i got another problem. I can't acces the DLC, i bought it but i can't acces it. I downloaded and instaled it multiple times but couldn't get it to work.

Do you know what the problem is? I really wanna play the dlc...

You have to go see the blind chick to get the new missions, did you do that? She is to your left when you land at the tower on the lower balcony thing.
If that doesn't work, is your downloaded game for the region that you live in?

I know i have to go to the chick but i've been there like 10 times but i don't get any missions, and yes my game is in the same region.

At this point I am just guessing. Are you playing Destiiny with the same console ID that you installed the expansion with? I assume you are since you got the expansion from the store.
