That is probably it than, the DLC is not activated for the cID you are trying to use it with. This happens with PSN games activated with React all the time, it needs to be installed with the console ID you are trying to use it with.

That means you are not connected to your router and/or have no internet access.

Logged in yesterday and i had post, did go the postmaster and collected the tumbler sparrow, just had the dlc, i dont know how i did it.

and i did go online again and i didn't had the dlc anymore... Strange...

You will only have it when using the console ID that you installed it with, when you change to your other ID the DLC is no longer signed as it gets locked to the console ID. You MUST install the DLC with the exact same console ID you play with or it will NOT work.

If you prefer to play with a certain console ID then you MUST download it from the store while using that ID. This is what is causing all your issues, stick to one ID, install with that ID and all your troubles will go away. I hope I made it clear as I don't know any other way to explain it.
