just don't use the DLC fix. simple, i got console banned because ive used the DLC fix and got banned once. then on another account a ran into someone on a weekly using one hit kill. and as soon as i killed an enemy i got banned, i made a new account and it was banned straight away. but ill unbann myself and make two new accounts. if one doesnt get banned from no DLC fix and the other does ill let you know..

u know just buy the dlc cuz a lot of people got banned without even using the dlc fix ... i think its the only way left

yeah i got banned aswell few days ago without a black ghost, it was a cid/account ban by sony as far as i know not by destiny. Having said that, prior too my ps3 being banned my corresponding bungie destiny account was also banned even though i rarely post i was assuming it was for being inactive, im wondering if sony are doing a new banhammer if they detect cfw hope not, anyway gone bk to gtav with private cid

I then installed the pkgs and used react psn with the .raps
I Had the purple ghost(NOT BLACK) and purple ship, emblem etc, and today I logged in at 8.59am to be confronted with......Your expansion pass dlc is live!! I've been playing since day one and have 3 level 30's all legit! Ive bought the game today as I'm scared of losing all my hard work! BUT touch wood whatever all has been fine! I feel for you guys who have been banned!

could bungie check DLC ownership with Sony somehow? there would be a record of purchase on PSN, right? sorry I don't know how all the DLC licensing works
