And You Get Account Banned Too

where did i say that it did? i guess you think bungie doesn't track the ip associated with the CID they banned? then fine get banned buy a new CID, make a new account and sign in again....good luck with that.

ALL my buds in my clan were all CID banned from the dlc. not just an account ban.

You will still get Rekt on PS4. Your acc ban will carry over to PS4. I know...I tried lonnnnng ago about 2 weeks after DESTINY launched and tried it on a dummy acc. It completely bans the acc from the DESTINY servers. Sorry man, truth hurts.
