Help please, is there a way to download it or who should i email/ring?

They are there somewhere if I recall.. this happened to me. I think I had to go on web app and then it was there in new items or something :/

Yeah hasn't appeared on the web app for me either. i saw on ea forums that it sometimes takes hours, im off to work now and ill check when i come in but if i havent got them, then im emailing ea.

happend to me ive also been on the web app. whats the email to ea ?

Well after whats happened i don't think many people will be buying packs in the near future. But as for the ones we have lost money on..... anything you can contribute?



EA_Yasha will be coming on to help compile a list that we will send to Sony. Not much we can do when the error happens on the check out (ie not our system).
