Help please, is there a way to download it or who should i email/ring?

Managed to sort it out, had to buy another pack and then it said i have a pack waiting to be opened. Bought 6 packs at £2.39 each and best i got was Mandanda the Marseille GK :fyea:

Just leave it for a while u will get it refunded back

happened to me just with ultimate team coins spent it all on contracts and didnt show up lol
