15 minutes...
People using this time to bid low on high players and trying to keep in the 15 minute mark so they expire withing 10 minutes thus resulting low buy high sell.

Ive just seen that method and idd like to know when its going down too... The team is online already so i guess its been done...

15 minutes aprox I've heard. I think that servers will go down 15 minutes before new TOTW Players start to appear in packs, so it should be at 5'45 GMT? Not sure.

Servers don't go down there is just restricted access to certain things like trading so that they can add a few players into packs (IF Players) so people use this time to put a low bid on something lasting around 10 mins in hope that the server will not let access to it until the 15 mins are up meaning that the auction has ended and you got a good player on the cheap.
