I just followed the tutorial someone posted and got my paypal verified, so i have no need for this service. Thanks anyway.

i wanna do this but i am afraid paypal will lay down the banhammer if i do....i have 95$ in paypal but my account is limited and i cant verify cuz parents wuldnt want me to have a paypal yet since im only 16.
