So what you are mainly selling is the domain. In that case, I would estimate it at around $7-11 as the domain name is pretty good.

Offshore hosting.

Legitimate vB can be hacked just as easy with various exploits. If I tried, I could easily exploit quite a few legitimate vB sites.

Only a quarter of the owners do that. I have seen a lot of different exploits and all the legit vB and nulled vB I have taken down never had that. Even the legit vBs I didn't try to take down didn't have that.
