this can be for using a GOD account or license transferring to an xbox that is not yours

As I said above ,license transfer is to get your old content back,there is no way they know that the xbox is yours.That guy was most likely reported by the other one there is no way that he could get banned in any other ways so jus shut up.

i know people that have been banned i was just warning everyone don't need to be a bitch especially when you are ill informed on the issue at hand
