The card allows you to send and receive does not verify but works in the same way with yearly limits of high amounts of money. You can just use a Pre-Paid card to do so.

Well I kinda need it verified because i need to buy off websites that require it.:/

Hmm.. NGU requires it but I only had a card on mine.
