So yeah buying $20 psn card. This pre-paid can be used for paypal does not verify but lets send and recieve on sites that do require verification

He can link that card on paypal and buy a $20 card for $12-15 here. That's cheaper. And you already agreed on the faster part. Mrhackerdude and soarr are always selling them. And then there is a supplier guy here that never runs out of them, but he sells them at retail price..forgot his name

If you've read the thread properly, he is TRADING the card for a $20 PSN card. A 1 for 1 trade. Also, from what he said, I assume he can't deposit the money, which is why he's trading it here (he said that it can be used to lift/increase your limits only). Also, with my prior knowledge, you aren't able to deposit prepaid gift cards (Visa/Mastercard) into Paypal directly.
And if you read my other post again, I did not agree on the faster part either. I just said that if he hadn't found a trader by now, he would've been better off buying one himself online (which would be faster, technically). Even though it takes a few hours for codes to be dispatched via email, so buying online would be faster either way if he's planning on trading the card for a PSN card (1 for 1).
