you know that they wont respond to your help searching if your callinf about a german account on a us line. i tryed and it didnt work for me they told me i should call the swedish line (im form sweden)

No, They banned my Account. I'd send them an Email, and they said i have to call them, and they would unblock it. They banned me by a Mistake. i Bought PSN Plus.. and Boom banned. lol

Oh, im sorry to here that lol all they will ask for is your serial number on your ps3, secret question, email, psn username and probably date of birth.
