You need to have a paypower prepaid visa in order to use this reload. I know for 100% this is not used, I will NOT refund because of this fact.
As the title says, selling $50 reload pack for CANADIAN PAYPOWER pre-paid visa card.
Paypal only, original cost is $54 for $50+activation fee of $4 so your getting it slightly cheaper.

So here's the deal, only reason i'm selling this is because I've lost my prepaid credit card and no longer want a prepaid since I have a credit card now.
