Post: Weight GAINING Help...

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I gotta gain about 10-15 pounds in the next 5-6 weeks. Any suggestions? I don't mean pure fat, like what should I eat before/after workout etc.

I workout 3 hours a day every other day, I usually have a bottle of water with some whey protein mixed into it during the workout, then 1 bottle after the workout along with some dry fruits such as bananas and a big meal.

Any other suggestions?

just be careful and def make sure you drink enough water on creatine or your liver will fail! You should definitely increase your calorie intake with good fats and carbs. eat more items like bananas, peanut butter, fish, steak, cottage cheese, etc that are high in protein. this will give you a few pounds plus protein and those essential B vitamins and other vitamins help your recovery process after workouts when your body is craving those vitamins and nutrients. try and cut down on cardio work outs also like if you tend to run a lot cut that down because all cardio does is shed weight. or atleast cut it down till your satisfied with your weight. you could aslo try pure weigh protien. that will help you bulk up and later turn it to muscle. GNC carries an item call Amplified Weigh Protein. Thats what i use. I also use Pro Complex as a protein shake for post workouts. Hope this stuff helps

After you work out make sure you chuck loads of water down your neck. When I was army training we we're told to wait a while after exercise so we lose a few extra pounds. Obviously you want it the other way, so get it down you.

no thats not totally true. If you use creatine then at the end of your cycle stop using the creatine but still work out and naturally ur muscles will fill in the gap where the water weight was. Ur muscles will go down if you just stop working out all together.
